This year's conference will be held at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) in Shepherdstown, West Virginia.

All lodging rooms are smoke-free.
Conference registration includes admittance to the conference sessions, reception(s), and lunch. You must reserve your own room.
This facility provides a “walking campus.” Comfortable, sturdy shoes are recommended. Conference registration, auditorium, meeting rooms, dining room, and lodging are all accessible by a series of pathways.
In addition, there are walking trails, fitness center, and gym. Walk the 5 miles of Red Bud Flowerpaved footpaths. This is an outstanding environment for bird-watching, jogging, and nature photography. The rugged hiking trails take you through eastern hardwood forests and Potomac River meadows.
